In short, I'm just a normal, chill dude who happens to be extremely competitive.
I work as an Observability Engineer, and I have a really, and I mean really, strong interest in cybersecurity, particularly malware research labs.
I have a passion for computer games and for being out in nature, especially when it is dark and cold (a huge plus if it is snowing).
About this website
No tracking. No analytics, no cookies, nothing collected. I have no idea who visits or when, and I like it that way. The privacy page has the exact guarantees and shows you how to check them yourself.
No generative AI. I use AI every day: for work, research, learning, building tools, and even for fun. But I am strongly against using it for communication between people, so I think it is worth saying plainly: every word here is written by me, in my own words. AI helped build the website itself; it did not write the content. If you are reading something here, you are reading my thoughts, my opinions and my words, not AI-generated text.
How is this website made?
I write everything in Markdown and keep it in a small GitHub repository. Astro turns that Markdown into HTML, so every page is a plain static file with nothing running behind it.
If that sounds technical, it is simpler than it sounds. Building a website is within reach for anyone, and having your own corner of the Internet gives you far more control over what you share than social media platforms do, where everything you make lives inside someone else's ecosystem and is practically owned by them.
